A medical procedure is an obligation of means, not of result. Dr Mergui undertakes to deploy all current scientific means to reach the agreed objective, without being able to guarantee a precise outcome.
The “before / after” photographs shown on the site or in consultation illustrate observed results and do not pre-judge the individual result for each patient.
Possible side effects and complications
Common side effects (redness, swelling, bruising, transient sensitivity) are frequent and resolve within a few days.
Rare more serious complications (hyperpigmentation, infection, persistent asymmetry, allergic reaction) are possible. They are systematically explained before any procedure.
Patient duty to disclose
You are required to report any medical history, current treatment, allergy or specific condition. Incomplete information may compromise the safety of the treatment.
Any medication, dietary supplement or prior aesthetic treatment must be declared during the consultation.
Limitation of liability
Dr Mergui's liability cannot be engaged in cases of non-compliance with pre- or post-procedure instructions, undisclosed information, or circumstances beyond his practice.
Recourse
In case of difficulty or post-procedure question, contact the clinic without delay. A follow-up consultation is always available and included in the treatment pathway.
