PRP and exosomes for hair: stimulating natural regrowth

Stimuler naturellement la repousse capillaire

PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) and exosomes represent the future of medical hair treatment. By using the patient's own growth factors, Dr Dylan Mergui naturally stimulates regrowth, densifies the scalp and slows hair loss, without medication or systemic side effects.

In brief

PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) is obtained by centrifuging a small sample of your own blood. Concentrated in growth factors, it is injected into the scalp to reactivate dormant hair follicles and slow hair loss. Performed by Dr Dylan Mergui in Tel Aviv, this 100% natural autologous protocol delivers progressive results visible from the third month.

Why choose PRP for your hair?

PRP is a medical solution that uses your own biological resources to counter hair loss. Unlike medications, it carries no risk of systemic side effects, since it is made from your own blood.

It is particularly effective as a complement to a medical treatment (minoxidil, finasteride) or on its own for patients seeking a natural, non-pharmacological approach.

  • Stimulates hair regrowth
  • Densifies the scalp
  • Safe autologous method (PRP)
  • Progressive, natural results

Treatment areas

Hair PRP can be injected across all areas affected by hair loss, whether it is localised androgenetic alopecia or generalised diffuse thinning.

  • Crown of the head

The most common area for androgenetic baldness.

  • Temporal recession

Receding temples and thinning of the scalp.

  • Diffuse thinning

    Generalised hair loss, global densification.

  • Beard

Stimulate beard follicles and strengthen density.

Results and duration

The first results (slowing of hair loss, increased density) are observed from the third month after the first session.

A full protocol of 3 to 4 sessions is recommended, followed by a maintenance session every 6 to 12 months to preserve the hair density gained.

  3. Step 3

    Follow-up and maintenance

One-month check-up. Maintenance sessions every 6 to 12 months depending on the response.

FAQ

A question about Hair PRP?

PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) is obtained by centrifuging a sample of your blood. Growth factors are then injected into the scalp to stimulate hair follicles in the resting phase.

A standard protocol includes 3 to 4 sessions spaced 4 to 6 weeks apart, followed by a maintenance session every 6 to 12 months depending on individual response.

PRP is particularly effective for androgenetic alopecia (diffuse thinning) and early-stage hair loss. It is less suited to scarring alopecia or areas entirely lacking follicles.

A numbing cream is applied before the injections. Discomfort is generally low. Some areas of the scalp may be slightly more sensitive.

No medical treatment can offer an absolute guarantee. Response varies with age, genetics and the stage of hair loss. Most patients see densification and slowed hair loss.
